chi Chihiro Wimbush

I’m an East Bay Producer/Director/Editor/Cinematographer with a compassionate lens on the world. I have two feature doc projects that had broadcast premieres on PBS this May: “Dogtown Redemption” (Director/Cinematographer) on homeless West Oakland shopping cart recyclers and “Changing Season: on the Masumoto Family Farm” (Editor) about a Central Valley Japanese American farming family in a time of drought. Other film projects have included the empowerment of an Untouchable community in South India, the godfathers of Asian American Jazz, and currently, the building of a new community hospital in SF’s Chinatown. /
